Lupl uses Microsoft Azure cloud services in the European Union (Netherlands) data center. All our services run in a secure, hyperscale, enterprise-grade cloud environment. We don’t host or run our own routers, load balancers, DNS servers, or physical servers.
Why Azure?
Our services are built on Microsoft Azure because we regard them as the best and most secure in the business. They provide industry best practice security measures to protect our infrastructure and meet the requirements of the laws, regulations and security certifications that are applicable to our operations. The cloud infrastructure is updated regularly with the very latest security patches and industry best practice measures.
Azure Compliance
Azure maintains the largest compliance portfolio in the industry both in terms of breadth (total number of offerings), as well as depth (number of customer-facing services in assessment scope). Compliance offerings are based on various types of assurances, including formal certifications, attestations, validations, authorizations, and assessments produced by independent third-party auditing firms, as well as contractual amendments, self-assessments, and customer guidance documents produced by Microsoft. Among many others, our Azure environment maintains the following compliance offerings:
- CIS benchmark
- CSA STAR Attestation
- CSA STAR Certification
- CSA STAR self-assessment
- GDPR
- ISO 20000-1
- ISO 22301
- ISO 27001
- ISO 27017
- ISO 27018
- ISO 27701
- ISO 9001
- SOC 1
- SOC 2
