With Workstreams you can track much more than just Tasks.
How do I create a Workstream?
There are three ways to create a new Workstream:
- Navigate to your Matter and click the “+” next to Workstreams in the menu on the left.
- Click the “New Workstream +” button on the Matter’s Workstreams page.
- Importing a Workstream from a Template or existing Matter.
What Workstream types can I choose?
After you initiate Workstream creation you will be prompted to choose a Workstream type. You can choose from one of our ten Workstream Templates or select "Custom Workstream" to start from scratch with blank columns. Workstreams generated from Workstream Templates are customizable and can be edited.
The Workstream Templates currently available are:
- Tasks (default)
- Approvals
- Budget
- Checklist
- Counsel Tracker
- Document List
- Intake
- Issues List
- Process
- Work Allocation
How can I customize my Workstreams?
You can customize your Workstreams by:
- Adding Columns
- Reordering Columns
- Renaming Columns
- Changing Column Type
- Removing Columns
- Renaming the Workstream
Note:
Inside every Workstream you initiate, Lupl builds a unique Form.
The fields are generated automatically and mapped to your Workstream columns. When a Recipient submits a form, their responses automatically populate into the corresponding Workstream Table.
