An Organization's internal Lupl Administrator can transfer any Matter Owned by the Organization to any other User in the Organization.

How do I use Administrator tools to transfer Matter Ownership?
- Navigate to the Administrator Tools page.
- Go to the User Management view.
- Find the User you want to become the new Matter Owner. Use the search bar or find them in the User list.
- Click the 3-pin menu and select "Details."

Click the 3 pin menu next to Actions and select “Assign Matter Ownership.”

Use the search box to locate the Matter.

Select the correct Matter and then click proceed.
- Review the Pre-Transfer Notice.
- Click “Assign Matter Ownership."
Matter Ownership has now been reassigned and the new Matter Owner added to the Matter. The former Matter Owner has been downgraded to a Team Member in the Matter.
