Matter Owners can clone or duplicate a Matter by creating a template from a Matter or by choosing "clone existing Matter" when creating a new Matter. Matter Owners are able to select which parts of the Matter they want copied over.
Matter Admins are able to duplicate or clone a Matter by creating a template from the Matter.
Team Members without admin permissions are not able to create a template from or clone a Matter, but anyone can import a Workstream from a template or Matter they are part of into one of their other Matters.
