Matter Owners can:
Clone or duplicate a Matter by creating a Solution from a Matter or by choosing "clone existing Matter" when creating a new Matter; and
Select which parts of the Matter they want copied over.
Matter Admins are able to duplicate or clone a Matter by creating a Solution from the Matter.
Regular Members without admin permissions are not able to create a Solution from or clone a Matter, but anyone can import a Workstream from a Solution or Matter they are part of into one of their other Matters.
