Managing Access to Documents Sent for Comments
Document links will expire automatically after 4 days, preventing the contact from viewing or commenting on the document. You can remove access to some or all users before this date or resend the link to a contact when their access expires.
Who has Access?
- The number of outside contacts who can view and comment on a document is shown directly under the name of each document - click on this to see exactly which contacts have access.
- When managing access to each document, you can see who previously had access that has now been revoked.
Revoking & Removing Access
- On Mobile: Press the 3 pin menu and then Manage outside access.
- On Web: Press the orange shared status notification bar.
- To remove access to all users, press Remove All Access.
- To remove access to specific users:
- Press on the name of the user you wish to remove.
- Press Remove Access.
Note:
- Removing access does not delete any comments made.

Resending a Link
- On Mobile: Press the 3 pin menu and then Manage Access
- On Web: Press the orange shared status notification bar on web.
- Press on the name of the person you wish to resend the link to.
- Press Resend Link.
