This feature was built on and powered by DocuSign, as part of the pilot run supported by the Singapore Ministry of Law.
Send documents to Sign with SingPass for secure digital signature directly from your Legal Technology Platform (LTP) matter! This streamlines your workflow, reducing the friction of switching between the many apps you use each day.
This is a LTP Pro integration. Please contact your Customer Success Representative for help with Sign with SingPass integration.
Before You Start

To get up and running, you’re going to need:
- A SingPass account
- A LTP account
- Connected storage on your matter
Details
- In the Matter Documents tab, click the 3 pin menu to the right of the document that you wish to send for signature.
- Click Send for Signature.
- Ensure all relevant documents are selected from the document list. Then click Send To SingPass.
- You will be sent to DocuSign to complete the process. Note: You will not need your own DocuSign account.
- The selected documents will be uploaded where you can add recipients and send for signatures. Note: The LTP will automatically populate the Matter Channel email address and the sending user’s email address as non-signing recipients so you will receive a copy.
- Once you have sent your document(s) via SingPass, the recipient must sign the document using SingPass to verify their identity.

Tips and Tricks
- Once all parties have signed, you will receive a copy of your completed document by email.
- Upload the document to the Matter Documents folder in the LTP for completeness. Consider applying a document tag to clearly mark the stage of the document (eg Executed, Signed Copy).
