The Basics
Take your workflow to the next level by integrating Tessaract with Lupl. Connecting Tessaract to your Lupl Matters gives Team Members seamless access to all the relevant information from your Tessaract cases as well as quick access to Tessaract itself.
This is a Premium feature. Please contact the Support Team for help with Tessaract integration.
Quick Start
- From the Tessaract tab in the Matter Toolkit, click Connect A Case.
- Choose the relevant case and click Connect to Tessaract.
Details
Connecting Tessaract
- Select the Lupl matter you wish to connect to Tessaract.
- Click the Tessaract tab in the Matter Toolkit.
- Click Connect A Case.
- Select the case you wish to connect.
- Click Connect to Tessaract.
Your Tessaract case is now connected to your Lupl matter! The Tessaract tab will now provide team members with instant access to the case and billing details contained within Tessaract. From here you can click Open in Tessaract to be taken directly to the Tessaract case.
Connecting Tessaract (iOS)
- Select the Lupl matter you wish to connect to Tessaract.
- Press More in the Matter Toolkit, then tap Tessaract.
- Press Connect to Tessaract and select the case you wish to connect.
- Press Connect to Tessaract.
Note: Once connected, to go directly to the Tessaract case, press the 3 pin menu in the top right hand corner and then tap Open in Tessaract.
Disconnecting Tessaract
- Select the Lupl matter you with to disconnect from Tessaract.
- Click the Integrations tab in the Matter Toolkit.
- Click the X next to the Tessaract case name.
- Click Continue.
Disconnecting Tessaract (iOS)
- Select the Lupl matter you with to disconnect from Tessaract.
- Press More in the Matter Toolkit, then tap Tessaract.
- From the 3 pin menu, press Unlink Case.
- Press Confirm to disconnect.

Tips and Tricks
- Ensure your Tessaract matter is fully fleshed out so all of the useful details show up directly in Lupl.
- Content shown in the Tessaract tab will only be visible to team members who already have access to the content in Tessaract.
- If you are lucky enough to use both Tessaract and Clio, currently you can only connect one or the other to Lupl.
