Task Workstream functionality requires three columns to remain constant:
- Task Name
- Due Date
- Assignee
If the "Task Name" column name is changed, or the Due Date / Assignee columns are deleted, the Workstream will cease to have Task-based functionality.
When attempting to modify or delete these columns, you'll see this warning message on your screen:
When you select "Delete Instead", you will lose Task-based functionality.
If you still rely on using this Workstream to track and manage your tasks, you can hide the column(s) instead.
This way, you can continue to tick off tasks as and when completed, and track their progress in the global Task view.
