Check if it's a Task Workstream
Only Task Workstream items will show up in the Task view.
First, check to ensure that your Workstream has Task functionality. This can be verified if the first column (Task Name) has tickboxes next to each item.
If your Workstream is not Task-based, you will not see these tickboxes.
If your Workstream does not have Task functionality, no items will appear in the Task view.
Does my global Tasks view have any filters applied?
If it's confirmed that your Workstream is Task-based, check the Tasks view to see if any filtering options have been applied:
Check to make sure that there aren't any filters that might be obscuring your Workstream from appearing in the view.
For expediency, you can:
- Select "Advanced Filters" and click on "Reset All";
- Click on "Add Filter"; and
- Select the Workstream filtering option, and choose the Workstream you wish to see in the Task view.
Alternatively, you can "Reset All" and then use the top right search function to identify the Workstream or the names of the Tasks you wish to see in the Task view.
