If you don't see tickboxes in the first column, then your Workstream is not Task-based. This means:
- You will not see tickboxes;
- You will not receive reminders or notifications as deadlines approach; and
- You will not see these items in global Task views.
To ensure that your import shows up as a Task Workstream, please ensure the following columns are set:
- The first column should be set to "Task Name".
- There should be columns for Assignee and Due Date.
By setting these columns in your import, you can ensure that the resulting Workstream has Task functionality.
