Each Lupl matter has a unique email address that can be used to key communications to the concerned Matter's Channel for your team's reference.
To find the email for a specific Matter, please refer to the following steps:
- Visit the Matter in question.
- Navigate to the Channel.
- Look for the "Matter Email" button at the bottom of the channel, and click "Copy".
You can now add this email address to the To, Cc, or Bcc fields when forwarding your email to the Matter.
Will email forwards include attachments?
Absolutely – if your email contains attachments, these will be included for the team's reference within the Matter Channel. When using Lupl Drive or legacy DMS integrations, these files will also be added to your Matter Documents.
What if I don't see the "Matter Email" option in the Channel?
It's highly likely in this case that your firm administrator(s) have asked us to disable this functionality for policy reasons. If you suspect this is the case, please verify with your firm's IT team.
