On Workstream Data:
All Lupl data is hosted on an Azure datacenter in the Netherlands (Europe West). This includes Workstream data such as Task Names, Due Dates, Assignees, Notes, etc. Additionally, if you're using the Lupl Drive to store documents across your Matter(s), this is stored in the Netherlands as well.
Some exceptions apply for Lupl customers in Singapore – please contact us for further clarity on where your data is held.
On DMS Integrations:
If you have a DMS connection to a Lupl Matter, all documents are linked from the DMS directly and not stored in Lupl.
Any documents you work on through your DMS (iManage, NetDocuments, OneDrive/SharePoint) will reside within your specific DMS environment. The only information we store within Lupl from DMS integrations are deep links. Deep links only work if users already have permissions to access them from within the DMS itself.
